XDTI Commercial Scheduled Equipment Template
The XDTI Equipment Schedule with Additional Interests template is for ACORD 146. This template is for use with the Equipment Floater line of business. This template can be used on marketing or in force policies. The base template is displayed below:

The following is an explanation of how the boxes and lists on ACORD 146 map to the XDTI Equipment Schedule with Additional Interests template.
Template Header
- Named Insured: Comes from the Client Named Insured.
- Policy Number: Comes from the header of the policy.
- Policy Term: Comes from the header of the policy.
- Issuing Carrier: Comes from the header of the policy.
- Print Date: Will return the current date. After merging and saving as a draft or complete the date will not change again.
The remainder of the template is populated from information in boxes and lists in the ACORD form. The following graphics show the boxes and lists in the ACORD form and the field that they populate in the template.
Equipment Schedule
The following items are pulled into the template from the Scheduled Equipment section of the form:
- Item Number
- Type
- ID# / Serial Number
- Date Purchased
- Manufacturer
- Model
- Model Year
- Amount of Insurance
Additional Interests
The following items are pulled into the template from the Additional Interests section of the form:
- Interest Type
- Scheduled Equipment: This box is used only to populate the number of the piece of equipment to the template. Notice in the example above this is fork lift number 1.
- Equipment Description: The entry in this box is important for a complete schedule. To populate this box on the ACORD form, click the Scheduled Equipment link in the navigation tab. Then export the schedule so that the contents may be copied and pasted from the Excel® spreadsheet into the ACORD form.
